This motivated individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate
inventory records for the stock room and assembly operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in verification and reconciliation of stores and WIP
inventory
- Verify status of inventory levels, identify error, and assist in
resolution
- Perform inventory counts as part of an ongoing cycle count
process or as directed for verification
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in cycle count and physical inventory
procedures
- Experience with work order collection of labor and material inputs
- Understanding inventory records and warehouse procedures
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable in factory floor environment
- Ability to multi task and prioritize task in a dynamic atmosphere
- Able to lift at least 50lbs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Expert proficiency with Outlook, Word, familiar with Inventory
Software Program and Excel; Microsoft Project and Access a plus;
web-savvy.
